    @1800chopthathoe results are slow and steady and if you have lots of weight to lose the slower the better. Consistency and meal prep are key

    @jessiegfitness I'm trying my hardest to find this "poliquin theory". I really need to try something different as far as my eating habits. I've been eating mostly clean and I've hit a plateau. . It could be one of many thing but I'm trying to change everything to see what gets me going again. Any resource suggestions??
