    Awesome! Yeah I heard week 5 is one of the hardest ones. 😬 I'm open to repeating weeks as needed. Week one isn't too bad though. I'm jogging very slow though!

    @michieb2, it takes you through week by week building up slowly the amount of time you're running. So week 1 you run for 1 min and walk for 1 and a half mins! It increases slowly each week over 9 weeks when you run for 30 mins/5K. You can take it at your own speed and repeat weeks if you want. I never in a million years thought I would be able to run for 20 mins, but I have! It's a brilliant app. I used the BBC Get Inspired one where you chose your trainer, so I've had Jo Whiley on my ear. There are many different apps, so choose one that works for you!
