Today's leg workout w/ @almallah_physique 👇🏻 1. Squat/5x5 @ 245 2. Free motion hack squat w/ 10 second negatives/4xAMAP 3. Leg press/4x12-15 4. Quadricep extension w/ 5 second pauses at the top/4xAMAP 5. Romanian dumbbell deadlift/4x10-12 6. Seated leg curl/4x12-15 CALVES- 1. Seated calf raise w/ 3 second pause at the top/3x8-10 2. Smith-machine calf raise/3x12-15 3. Calf raise on leg press/3x12-15
First exercise is what I call cross push up mountain climbers this exercise is advanced it works out your arms, chest, legs and abs. The second exercise is called weighted bag squats with backward lunges. This exercise is also advanced and workouts out your legs and thighs. The 3rd exercise is mountain climbers into a plank. You would hold the plank for 15 seconds and go right back into the mountain climbers and you will alternate. If it's muscle endurance You would do 15-20 if it's hard for some people and your trying to get more strength in the area you will do reps of 8-12! TYEFIT full body workout!
