I woke up today counting my blessings and how lucky I am to be alive in these times. Every day I thank the fact that we are able to learn new skills and apply them to better myself and my future. Read books. If there's one thing that's changed my life, its knowledge. It is with knowledge that I am able to push through the daily struggle and grow as a person. I say take the time to learn, whether it's a new skill or new wisdom. Don't be afraid to learn from those who have walked the path to success and model after them. So glad there has been so many new @chopped.ie being opened up here in Ireland! There's so many "healthy" places to eat in Dublin but the further you go out the more difficult it to find those type of places! Best thing about it is that there are so many ingredients and toppings to choose from! Arborvitae is an oil that allows you to relax, take a deep breath, and trust in the flow of life. Clary sage is an oil of clarity and vision. It helps open the soul to new possibilities and experiences, opens creative channels and clears distractions. It also give a gentle nudge to help your body in balancing your estrogen and progesterone levels, which we could all use at certain times, right? Which are part of your morning routine these days?
