Any one can become fit, sexy or even look pretty but in life you have to have faith but most importantly you have to have  discipline otherwise you won't be able to push, challenge or even motivate yourself. In life a person can do so much but there are afraid that they might become a failure and they think that everyone else will laugh at them but if you fail get up and do it again and again and again until you have provided other people wrong and become a hero, legend, role model or even motivation to other's.  When it comes to my training and dieting I most have discipline otherwise I am not going to grow, get bigger or even stronger. My training and diet is most likely to have changed after 3 months. (12 weeks) Most people will have 6 - 12 months training plan and after the 4th month they are most likely have stopped training because there are not seeing any results. Even though I might not see any results form my old traning plan. I am most likely to keep most of it the same and change some of the exercises which didn't work for me. So this training and diet plan I will have it until half way through April. Face pulls for shoulder health. . I programme these a lot, for a lot of people. There awesome for building the upper back and rear delt whilst keeping your shoulders happy. This is especially important if you do a lot of horizontal pressing which isn't always the best thing for a body. . Increasingly programming these for high reps at the end of a session (3x25-30) or supersetted with pressing for 5x12-15. End result is pretty much the same. . A couple of weeks ago I strained a pec on this set! Since then I have dropped to lighter weights and higher reps forcing the healing process along. When this happens forcing blood into the damaged area will help it heal stronger and faster. If you avoid the area all together then it will take a hell of a lot longer. Train smart and rehab smarter!  #mbslingshot has helped drastically! Yesterday was my #chestday so I push it a little bit harder than the last couple of sessions! Got my working set up to 265 for sets of doubles.
