I never had an issue with sugar until the last couple of years. This right here it's exactly how it makes me feels a lot of times and the reason why I'm trying so hard to not have any foods with added sugar and get rid of this "addiction" When I'm craving something sweet I normally opt for a fruit 🍏🍎🍌🍇🍓🍍or a better alternative. If you workout out frequently, you know that some weeks take longer to recover than others. This has been one of those weeks for me. My secret to a quick recovery, however, is simple: drink my BCAAs🍷, drink LOTS of water💧, and SLEEP💤. I cannot stress the importance of sleep enough! While it's great to push our body to surpass our limits, we have to know when to give it a rest as well. The proper amount of sleep and hydration is KEY🔑 to a fast recovery. And while BCAAs are not technically essential, there are so many benefits to drinking it during AND before recovery that you'd be a fool to sleep on it!
