Competition meal prepping requires dedication and consistency... but it does NOT limit your creativity! One of the best ways I help ensure I'm following my plan while avoiding extra hunger or cravings is to find ways to take recipes I love and make them fit my plan and macros. Chicken and veggies doesn't always have to mean grilled chicken with some steamed veggies in a plastic container. I'll prep anything from chicken lettuce wraps, zucchini noodles with chicken meatballs, large voluminous salads, stuffed peppers, you name it! When it comes to my egg whites, I'll make EW mini muffins, crepes, and even EW waffles 🙌🏼 Find ways to make following your dreams actually fun and manageable (and of course delicious as well)!
WHATS MY BODY FAT!!!??? Oh wait, it doesn't matter. - I can't tell you how how many times I see people guesstimating someones body fat based off of one picture. - It's common in the fitness industry to throw random % numbers around with no actual experience or information to back it up. Measuring body fat accurately is hard enough using machines and tools that are meant for it! Let along eye balling a picture on social media and throwing in your two cents. - Body fat is not evenly dispersed on ANYONE. I could appear 4% based on my legs and look more like 10% looking at my torso! Just based on where my body likes to store fat! A picture, like this one, shows only my leg, which some might say "shredded" assuming my entire body looks like that. I'm not wearing this sweatshirt for fashion 😌😂my torso NEVER looks as shredded as my legs. Certain body parts will always lean out faster than others! Which makes it really hard to judge someone's entire body fat unless they're standing there butt nekkid! - I have never had my body fat tested. I think people are way too preoccupied with a number, which doesn't mean shit! No one checks your body fat before stepping on stage, no one checks it before asking you out! It's turned into a dick measuring contest, but instead of using a ruler, everyone's got a string. - There are way more important numbers to track in bodybuilding.
