2010 on the left and current on the right. This is me. This is my transformation. The picture on the right is how I looked through high school and how I'm sure I'd look now if I didn't lift. No, I didn't struggle from an eating disorder nor did I exercise that is just my metabolism. Those are the days that I ate junk food 24/7. I lived off of McDonald's, energy drinks and chips. I don't know why I have the "blessing" I do with this but it's just how I was made. You know, it really ticks me off when people make sideways comments about how I look. I know it may hurt your feelings to look at people that are comfortable in their own skin and know that you're not. The worst part is that I know their rude comments are mere jealousy when they can have exactly what I have. I wasn't given this, I have worked for it. My "body" has not come easy but it hasn't been exactly hard to achieve either. Do I think I'm perfect? No. But I'm well aware that my leanness, muscle tone and good attitude have all been made by me. I try my hardest to make it to make it to the gym 5 times a week, and make healthier decisions when it comes to eating. I'm not strict about dieting because I have no shows or competitions that I'm working towards and my blood work always comes back impeccable. If you want change, you will have to make it. No one else can do it for you. Sure, it's easier to go home after work and lay around on the couch all night or eat whatever the heck you want but that is how your body will look too. I don't think it's fair nor right to beat on the people that actually give a darn about their body. GUESS WHAT GUYS.... you only get one. One, that's it. Treat it right.

Bad pic but amazing product by @marksmellybell - The hip circle is hands down the best way to warm up for squat or deadlift training. Walked around with this on for a few minutes did some free body weight squats and everything felt smooth during my sets.
