"Fitter" doesn't equal skinnier, lighter or necessarily, leaner.... fitter is moving heavier loads farther & faster than before. I currently weigh a full 3kgs more (in the photo on the right) after a couple solid months of a less restrictive diet. It's not a bulk, it's just less weighing my food, a few more carbs and less stress after feeling a bit burned out from months of continuous dieting. I'm not currently the leanest I've ever been but I am the strongest I've been. We've also been incorporating more bodybuilding style training into my program which has made some subtle changes to my figure but has increased my shoulder stability and strict strength by leaps and bounds. things i give less of a sh*t about since starting yoga : calories, oversleeping, bad hair days, getting spinach in my teeth, snorting when i laugh, swallowing gum, putting an apostrophe in the wrong place, not eating enough protein, tripping over my own feet, skipping leg day, getting my left + right mixed up, eating a family sized bag of maltesers in one sitting, making mistakes, forgetting things, being perfect, being right, being popular, having abs, having money, having any kind of life plan whatsoever... ☺ • when you start giving less of a sh*t about unnecessary things, when you loosen your grip on life + start trusting it, the world becomes pretty beautiful 🌸💕. #thrivethroughyoga#practiceyogachangeyourworld#loosenyourgrip
Casual selfie 🍑 Got my butt training this morning: a blast! I push so hard over my limits that I almost feel my glutes grow. #gainz Got my warm up with a lil circuit: ❌ 20x lunges with 10kg plate ❌ 15x Front squats with 10kg bag ❌ Battling rope for 30 sec ❌ 15x Kettlebell swing at 10kg ❌ 10x Jump box ⁉️Repeat 3x and take a nap between each sets 45 sec to 1minute 🚱 Then I moved to heavy squats, smith machine hip thrusts, standing sumo squat on bench with pull ups, kick backs, superset of leg on bench lunges and hip bridge and I finished myself with jump squats. 💥 I wish you all a beautiful day 🤘❤
