Rise and shine! I actually got to sleep in this morning until 7:30 🙌 I feel rested and awake, ready to get my workout in! I'm not sure you guys know this, but I usually workout in the evening except for in the weekends. Do you want to know why? Because by getting my workout in first thing in the morning I am more likely to make better choices through out the day and I don't have to worry about skipping it because we had plans that evening or from being too tired!
Whatever you are putting in your ears or front of your eyes is what it is that you're thinking about. Garbage in, garbage out, positive in, positive out... The thing is, you get to decide! Whatever you are feeding your soul with are what you're thinking about and doing, and those become the outcomes of your life!

Flexible dieting or meal plans? 🤔🤔. How about we take the best from both?? If you really hate your diet plan - why not learn how to write your own? Nobody LOVES dieting - (being hungry is no fun) but everytime I look at a post of someone sat over a salad with a fork looking miserable (usually captioned #dietlife#preplife ) it makes me so sad as it's really not necessary. I'm passionate about educating my clients so that they can understand macronutrients & energy balance & we can work together to create sensible diet plans - Ones that they enjoy & they can adhere to. If you understand what makes up your food & how/why you're eating, it gives you choice & the ability to be flexible too. You can't moan about your diet if you've chosen it! Personally I enjoy writing myself a meal plan as I like structure & routine & having something to follow. I like changing things up, so every week I'll incorporate new foods & recipes so I never get bored. As I've written my meal plan I understand it's the overall calories that make a difference not the magical combination of foods within it. It also means if one of my friends calls & asks me to go to dinner I know where I can be flexible & move things around so I don't go "off plan" & still stay on track towards my goal.
