Weekend core workout 🔥 my favourite 5 exercises using @trxtraining @trx_uk that I love to throw in as a finisher to my clients and my own training. So, 5 exercises, 30 seconds each as many reps as you can, no break in between (!!) 2,5 min in total, 3 rounds! ▪️side crunches ▪️piles ▪️mountain climbers ▪️straight leg swings Trust me it will burn. Quick breakfasts can also have a lot of power in them 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 Having a good breakfast is so Important and all them excuses are simply wrong .. I don't have time, I want to sleep longer .. I am not a great cook ..😱you know what ?!! 😈 1️⃣ It took me 4 minutes to fry the eggs, in the meantime I prepared the avocado bread, the cereal and heated my tea water!! 2️⃣Afterwards it took me 2 more minutes to cut the tomatoes and the banana and throw everything on a plate/bowl. 3️⃣Finally had to mix my yogurt into my cereal .. another ten seconds. So for a 711 kcal breakfast which keeps me fit all day long I had to wake up 6 minutes 10 seconds earlier wooow so #fuckexcuses and have a breakfast 💪🏽🍳💪🏽
For the last week or so I've been thinking to myself, 'Sterling what's going on???' After some self reflection I realised that everything had become about me instead of giving to others.... and that's where the problems start!

The modern grocery stores offer a lot of clean stuff for healthy lunch breaks 💪🏽 I personally love the salad bars! 🥗🥒🥑🥚🐟 So If you forgot to prep some food for the next day, don't even think about cheating 👊🏽😈 #fuckexcuses
After a long day of work or studying for exams I often feel like I just want to sit down on the couch and chill. But these are the days where you have to go to the gym 👊🏽 Drink a shake, put on your favorite music and go for it !! You won't regret it 💪🏽😈
Few exercises for shoulders with the dumbbells. 1. Seated bent over dumbbell flys. 2. Lateral raise 3. Shoulder press You can do these exercises at home as well. Just find a bench and couple kg weights 😋 usually I do 15 reps, 3 sets each, with very light weight (2-3kg) you want to chose your weights depending on your fitness level, goals and etc. enjoy!
Leftover Pizza 🍕Best for lazy Sundays. This meal is perfect if you forgot to by some groceries for Sundays. All you really need are the wraps, some light cheese and tomato sauce. Everything else depends on your mood and what is left in your fridge 👌🏽
