Le maïs violet contient une grande variété de phytonutriments, dont une énorme quantité de composés phénoliques et d'anthocyanes. Les anthocyanes sont des pigments naturels allant du rouge au bleu en passant par le violet. This is near and dear to me as I am an over thinker. Since I've been told it is South African #Anxiety and #depression awareness month and with #ripchester death I've decided To school you a bit about people like me: We actually care. Deeply. Infact too much if you ask me. Dating one can be a nightmare too because if you don't stop their thoughts of negative thinking it could spiral, spiral into something deadly such as committing suicide. This is not easy to do. We are not easy to be around. Now I'm opening up here not to brag that I have "survived" but to also show you that it's ok to talk about this without fear. The over thinkers of the world for some reason deem it necessary to carry the burdens of the world on their shoulders. To carry their families burdens. To their own detriment, they don't know they do this, in the end we end up hurting ourselves somehow, we end up biting off more than we can chew. How do you help an over thinker?? Just be with them. Try and stop them from being in their own head a lot. These loners actually prefer company even if they don't want to admit it. I thought it was necessary to give my two cents on the matter. I'm not saying I'm cured I'm just saying I've found an outlet in yoga and meditation to get away from this over thinking pattern. And I feel other overthinkers need to do the same. I was deeply hurt by Chesters death and it is my goal to ensure that nothing like that happens in my circle. It's ok to talk about it. It's ok as a man to talk about it. #soulsunday
Some #real education . How does working with me work, well let me explain the process for females . Phase 1 – The metabolic and hormonal reset ⚖️ . I have not had one female client start with me who eats any where near enough food, so in this initial stage we assign an optimal macro ratio. As the body fat and weight start to drop, we increase the calories weekly, while keeping the macro ratio the same. . This is always a fun time as at every weekly check-in people can not comprehend how they can be dropping weight while increasing food every week. . Phase 2 – Fat loss focused phase . Correct we were not actually ‘trying’ to drop body fat in the first phase however the by-product of eating optimally and balancing your hormones is epic amounts of fat loss 🤓 . At the start of this phase the calories are high enough that the body will respond very well to a fat loss aggressive macro ratio. The combination of that and slowly bringing calories down as our performances keep going up in the gym, results in huge body fat changes. . Phase 3 – Lean mass/metabolic increase . By now you are lean and the visual changes you will see are now a result of increasing your lean mass. @lennyandlarrys Complete Cookie - Snickerdoodle Flavour 🍪 These cookies get a lot of love, but this flavour in particular seems to drive people crazy! It's been recommended to me many times so it's long overdue a taste test 😝 ✅ Macros - 2/10 - 56.5g | 180kcal | 8g P | 27g C (15g sugar) | 4g F (0.5g sat) | 4g fibre Bad, but let's be honest: no one buys a Lenny and Larry's for the macros 😂 Per cookie (because seriously, who only eats half??) you can expect 30g sugar and only 16g protein! 😰 Thankfully fat is on the low side. ✅ First impressions - It smells delicious and strongly of cinnamon and spices 😁 As expected it's huge and has that wholesome baked look 👨🏻🍳 The top is plain but there's a lovely coating of sugar on the bottom. ✅ Taste - 8/10 - I don't really know what a snicker doodle is, but damn it's good 😋 It's quite a simple flavour but the balance of spices (particularly cinnamon) is spot on 👌🏼 Pretty sugary though so definitely one for those with a sweet tooth! ✅ Texture - 9/10 - For a cookie lover things don't get much better ❤️ It's firm but still light and crumbly 🍪 A tad dry but no more than you'd expect for a baked product, especially one that's also vegan! ✅ Value - 5/10 - £17.95 for a box on dolphinfitness.com (fast becoming my go-to website for a bargain!) works out at £1.50 a cookie 🤑 better value than other websites (expect around £21 a box), and far cheaper than buying singly (£2+ each!). ✅ Overall - 7/10 - These guys have created something very special: a vegan product that could win over even the most red-blooded gym junkie 😎 Yes the macros are rubbish, but rather than comparing it to a 'protein cookie' just think of it as a healthier (but equally tasty 😋) alternative to a regular cookie, and prepared to be impressed!
