It's been a shitty week, so while it's a disappointing result, it was kind of to be expected. I only worked out 3 days this week, having the last 4 days off for a mixture of feeling unwell and not being able to make it to gym. 90% kept food on track, and I guess with not working out, that wasn't enough. Oh well.
One thing that excites me to work everyday is that I get to be ME! There's no mold I'm forced to fit in to. I get to be the sweatpants loving, coffee sippin, brush my hair sometimes introvert that I am and STILL run a successful biz.🙌🏻💕 I literally don't get dressed out of my pjs until I absolutely have to and I have ZERO people telling me what to do and when to do it by. It's ME and this biz is MINE, and I love that! #nobossslaylife Il nevvaa get sick of sharing that with you guys (sorry if you do✌🏻✌🏻) but it changed my LIFE and I want to help change yours too 😉😉. I didn't take a selfie picture today because I got busy talking about RAIDERS and Vegas (I'm still so super excited about this move) Because I know my oldest loves my workout pics I had to share something.. 😘 Day 8 was a success.... workout completed! | EAT MORE • LOSE MORE | 🥒🥝🥕🥑🥜 ▫️ When I first started my weight loss journey I followed a 5 meal a day plan on 1200-1500 calories to help me focus and learn how much I should eat and when I should eat in order to lose weight. I must admit the calorie counting is NOT my favorite thing to do 🙄 but it worked for me. I still continue to do my best to follow my 5 meals a day (3 meals and 2 snacks about 2-3 hours apart ) now that I am focusing on maintaining the weight I am at I am now learning all over again a new calorie tracking and what foods to eat in order to become more lean.
