C H A L L E N G E S • C O N Q U E R E D I got through this Monday at work with some deep sighs, laughs, a lot of steps, a few mistakes and some hugs. When I got home, I just laid on the couch for awhile and then had to pry myself from the cushions to workout. I knew I wouldn't regret a workout, but I would regret missing one. 22 minute hard corp - resistance 1 - 22 mins And when I was done I wanted more! Lol! So I searched for a workout and decided to do a HIIT workout. TurboFire - HIIT 15 - 15 mins I was spent after doing both. Both were intense in their own way. I'm able to get an amazing workout done in 37 minus. Doing both got me to reach my step goal, burned over 3,000 calories, and got over 5 miles in today! Enjoyed a healthy breakfast for dinner while watching Netflix. PROGRESS | CHANGE The left is 9 months ago...clean(ish) eating with heavy cardio & minimal weights 3 days a week The right is still clean(ish) eating, moderate-heavy cardio and moderate-heavy weights 4-5 days a week I'm beyond happy to see these changes, but trust and believe there are days I don't workout, I'm lazy, I'm bloated, I eat "unhealthy", or hormones get the better of me. When I sit down, guess what?!?...my stomach hangs over my pants too! I AM HUMAN! Still a work in progress...stay tuned!
