When I first moved to #OrangeCounty I didn't understand what all the channels were for because there was never any water in them! Grateful for these recent rains... it's nice to see running water and green fields. No flash flood warnings this morning so we ran #AlisoCreek for a change of scenery. Lots of happy birds and ducks. Week 20 of #reversediet completed ✅ Weight is down⬇️ 8lbs & my calories have increased⬆️ by 1000/day 😲since starting with @mishkadawn @ado_fitness 😊 in October 2016. And my running mileage has ⬇️dropped by 15-20miles/wk since December. 🙃🏃🏼♀️ ➡️➡️ I'm now 2weeks from working the @gainsinbulk booth at the Arnold Expo, 4weeks from a 1/2marathon, & 7weeks from a photoshoot for @gainsinbulk... ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Macros: ➖Week 1 ---> Macros were 140p/100c/30f (1230kcal) ➖ ➖Week 20 ---> macros 150p/275c/57f (2213kcal) ➖ (Macros are my workout day macros, which I use most days. Amber also sends me a set for rest days (lower carb, higher fat) and refeed (high carb/fat) days). ) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ I actually did well 6/7days this week but had a MAJOR overage on Thursday (4800kcals🙈). I made sure to track it so I didn't binge & My body seemed to use it up plus some as I still dropped 2lbs this week. I think it's because I added in extra 💪🏼lifting this week & focused on going Heavy. In my blog (link in profile), I discussed how I offset this overage. 🎉One of my other non-scale victories was enjoying a sushi 🍣 date night with my husband & staying inside my macros! We are planning to do more of those. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ As far as my workouts, I'm using the CARVE2.0 program for runners. I lift for 30min (heavy) 4-5days a week and ran 44miles total this week. I'm planning to drop to 40mpw this week :).
