Sunday Funday! Just finished 21 day fix, starting a new program Insanity Max 30 tomorrow😀 I'm a little nervous, but as the say the magic happens outside your comfort zone. Setting realistic goals is key! I'm figuring out what worked for me the past 21 days and what I need to tweak. Also starting to prep for our Feb accountability group!
