Feeling super happy after stepping on my very first @musclecontest stage this morning for prejudging. There will always be things that I could've done differently but quite honestly seeing this process through has been one of the most fulfilling and satisfying journeys of my life. I had an amazing team help me prep for the stage today and I am so grateful to #teamtitanfit @burrrita @toxicangelzbikinis @theshoefairy_ @maryish. Not to mention my family, friends and #fitfam back @fitathletic ! Literally blood sweat and tears at times and it was worth every minute. Now I go back for finals tonight and get to #finishstrong 💪🏼!

I tried to keep portions down while still enjoying myself and I still remained conscious of my food decisions throughout the day. Stretch stretch stretchhhh ••• I see too many people come in and out of the gym without warming up or stretching, and then they complain of pain or injuries or not being able to fully excel at their workouts. You don't need to be a yoga expert, or subscribe to a mobility program, or be the most flexible person in the gym. Take time to educate yourself on the muscles you're working out and how to stretch them for warm ups and cool downs. 🤓 As always, message me if you have any questions at all! 👉🏼📨
80KG 💪🏼.الحمد لله I dont really know what that means in the fitness world but feeling like an OG 😜 i am no athlete & dont want to be, I am no fitness fanatic, but for me going to the #gym is to work on my attitude, strength, stress release and most importantly working on my self for myself..only I know how I want to look and be. Having a real motivator is always a bonus to anything you want to achieve ✌️
20, 22 & 24 weeks 💓 My belly's certainly growing FAST but the rest of my body has pretty much stayed the same, well that's not totally true, I've been blessed with pregnancy boobs too 🤗! I've continued to work out 3-4 times a week with either hiking, spinning or weights, doing Yoga 2 times a week and taking my daily long walks with Lily 🐩. I'm not obsessing over my weight/body since I just want to stay healthy for this little goddess growing inside of me but I feel incredibly empowered knowing that I can stay fit, active and thriving throughout the experience of pregnancy. #proudtobeawoman#growingagoddess 🙏🏽🤰🏼💥
If only life was as simple as an epic bowl of peaches...or maybe life is exactly like an epic bowl of peaches...juicy and delicious at times, so sweet and succulent, but also with a really hard pit in the middle that hurts like ?@$? if you bite into it the wrong way. Or sometimes if you let them sit too long they start to brown or mold and become rotten and then it's your job to just toss that peach and let it go. Kinda amazing this beautiful, diverse, organic peach. So maybe life is like a bowl of peaches...with all the sweetness, and juicy love but also brown yucky mess that they can turn into. Light and dark, soft and hard, ripe or rotten, the more I experience all of this the more I realize to just allow, let go, accept, experience and feel it all but always come back to being kind and gentle to me, to ourselves, bc as much as the world can toss you around if you show up for you that theme is going to trickle out and you, me, we will always be OK.
