Fun fact - I actually like burpees. Of course, at first, I didn't like them. But after some time, when I had gotten better, I started to like them. They are still hard for me to do, especially when I have to do lots of reps. But nevertheless, I like them 🤗 What I really don't like are pull-ups/chin-ups... 👎🏼 But how did one of my trainers used to say: If you don't like it, you need it. And I must admit, nothing beats the feeling when you finally manage to do that one more rep 😄 What are your (least) favorite exercises?

Friends make everything that much brighter. I love that I have made new friends this past year that I know will be life long friends. The older I get the more I am discerning of where I spend my time and energy and who I spend my time with. Have you ever thought about that? Anyways, I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but I entered and exited the dairy phase of my life. I was addicted to steamed milk and whip cream。I was literally eating and ice cream cone with whip cream. I've moved on to oatmeal with banana phase of my life. Peep me your fav oatmeal recipes. 😬😬

So glad it's a active rest day today 🙌🏻 Cause if I had to do legs... still have crazy DOMS in my quads&glutes 😂 So today's exercise is gonna be light cardio, some calves and foam rolling. Last week I decided to create a new program for myself, cause I've been doing the same thing for probably more than 4 months now, and I get bored easily. So for the first time ever I'm trying a two days on-one day off approach. So I'm still doing my usual split, only difference is adding a active rest day every 2 days I train. So now I can push myself extra hard without worrying about recovering in time. And I also get to work on doing things I never do- like calves & abs- on my rest days.
