Freaking HARRRDDDDDDDDD! That's all I can say about Cardio 3 in 22MHC. That's basically 22 minutes of Hell. There's very short breaks, no more 22 seconds like in previous rounds, so your heart rate stays up the entire time. Plus, you do fast feet to low plank for about 5 minutes at the end. No wonder I'm exhausted after that! What's one workout move that just wears you out?

its a long one but please read 😊I have many interior followers on here which I LOVE! It'd be great to know how many of you follow or like to see my weight loss themed/fitness posts! here's my story.. I went out with my twin sister one night for a night out, just me and her and I felt bloody awful! she looked gorgeous and slim and I felt like a chubby mess, I felt that bad about myself I went home! From that night i promised myself that would be it! now I had done faddy diets before *meal shake replacements, special k diet just to name a couple* because my thought process told me, its quick. Well guess what? It doesn't work!! it's not healthy and it's not long term!!! this time would be different. I cut my calories back to 1200, which people say 'wow that's so low' but when you teach yourself the right foods, you can be eating all day! I concentrated on my macros with the help of myfitnesspal and lost 22 pounds in 11 weeks with no exercise. Since then I have maintained, sticking to my calories and having one cheat meal a week (🙌🏻) I have just recently started at the gym and I've got to say I love it!! My aim these next couple of months is to tone up and see that happen physically (I've been keeping a photo diary) people ask me how do i do it? Answer? Willpower, without it you've failed before you've begun. Here's the difference between actually having muscle and just being really lean. I really wanted to just start cutting when I started lifting but I had no muscle base to cut down to, now I can see the muscle a lot more even at a higher boy fat because I've taken time to eat in a surplus (more calories than I burn) and work to build muscle. It's important to eat and train for your goals and be mindful of how your habits are affecting your progress.
