Here's why: That transformation?👆🏽That was over FOUR YEARS. Not a couple months. Not a year. Four years. Rehabbing your body isn't something you can just Amazon Prime. I have worked through endless determination, tirelessly, through tears, through loss, through happiness, through struggling with Binge Eating Disorder, through regression... you get the point. I want you to remember while scrolling through Instagram and seeing people who are fit and healthy in YOUR eyes, that they probably have a story. And it's probably a lot like yours. Just keep moving forward. Always move forward. today's #transformationtuesday isn't about me. it's about the amazing women who have joined me in the past year. the ladies who have fought for their freedom from a lifetime of unhealthy choices. today i celebrate them, but friend I celebrate you too. the lady who's watched my journey and wishes she could have the same life. the momma who looks in the mirror every day wishing for her health but feeling helpless in the journey. i celebrate the lady who's tried so many times to lose weight only to fail and fall right back into old habits. i celebrate the efforts you've made but also the successes you'll have. because you CAN do this. you can get healthy even with the babies at home. you can have an amazing transformation...not just physical friend!! you can have an amazing emotional transformation! today i'm celebrating you taking the first step in changing your life. a step that doesn't take much. a step into support, encouragement, motivation. a step towards a new life for not just you but your family as well. are you ready? i have three spots left in our wellness bootcamp that starts monday. you'll get support, meal plans, nutrition guides, workouts, tips, recipes and more! | Kettlebell Circuit | I love a good kettlebell routine and this one in particular requires some coordination, balance and all of these moves are multi-joint exercises meaning arms and legs are working in every exercise so don't be surprised when your heart rate increases! Have fun with this one! 1.) side lunge w/ KB leg circle x15/leg -chest up - sink through heel, not toes. -sit rear back like if you were going to sit in a chair. 2.) reverse lunge w/ KB leg circle x15/leg -keep torso tall (don't lean forward to get KB under front leg). -core engaged. -monitor front knee to make sure it tracks in line with middle toes. 3.) single leg balance with KB body circle x10/direction/leg - stand tall. - keep mircobend in knee.

One massing cycle and another cutting cycle later - weighing just 1 pound less on the right but... my traps and shoulders grew and my love handles are finally shrinking. I'm so excited everyday to get better. Just keep putting in the work (and weighing every morsel that goes into your mouth 🙄). As always, thank you so much @moarweight and @rpstrength.
