I really hope this inspires and motivates many moms out there. We get busy and never really have time for ourselves or for some moms (such as myself) who suffer from postpartum depression... it can be difficult to get out of house and go to the gym heck, just anywhere for that matter. We're tired, lose way more sleep than we should and we do a lot at our household. There's been many times where I just wanted to lay in bed and literally do nothing and just be lost in this dark place. Just completely isolate myself but then I get this feeling inside that I'm much more than that. I fight it. I fight it almost everyday. I can't let it get to me. There are days where it does get the best of me but I can't let that define who I am. And it most definitely won't. Nope, I'll pass. My family. My kids... they depend on me to be there for them. So, I get the fuck up, drink some coffee ☕️ and I take on the day... - Part of releasing stress.. do a leg day and then finish with some HITT... and then I died.
