Day 23. @ketogenicgirl 28 day challenge. KETO PAD THAI NOODLES! One of my favourites. I get so many people messaging me asking me questions about the challenge. Is it hard? Is it worth the money? What are some tips I can give? My answer to this is yes, the challenge is challenging. That's why it's called a challenge. There are fun parts but there are hard parts. Prepping and cooking requires a lot of effort and planning. To have variety in your meals, you will be doing a lot of cooking for the 28 days. Vanessa has a Facebook group everyone shares ideas on so you have a great network of people participating in the program you can connect with. I don't know how Vanessa finds the time but she replies to basically everything. She is so welcoming and approachable. If something isn't to your taste or you need to find an alternative she will always suggest an alternative to help you, although it's best to follow the plan exactly how it's set out. I chose to follow the plan how it's set out (besides some snacking that is not on the plan lol). I'm so glad I did it that way as it broadened my horizons and forced me to give up some control. Sometimes we can get into a mindset of thinking what we know is best. Before I started the challenge I decided to cook a whole heap of food to give myself a practice run and that helped me immensely. There's nothing worse than stuffing up a meal then having to starve lol. If you are thinking of doing the plan I think it's 100% worth it but you need to dedicate the full 28 days to make it successful. Size 18 to size 14 and 36.5lbs down. This took me a year of following weightwatchers and changing my sofa bound ways to getting up and walking. Feel healthier, look better and am now in a healthy weight range and not classed as overweight. It's not an easy journey but so worth it. I was in a rush and I had to be fast in the morning. I just garbbed a little cranberry granola&pumpkin seed and flaxseed and chia on top. I prefer to use homemade almond milk that I do it at home, it is extremely delicious, I highly recommend it. It is tasty and nutritious at the same time🤤😍 🇹🇷: Gunaydin!
