I honestly believe you have to have balance and it is important. Especially when it comes to eating a healthy diet. So allow yourself cheat meals or 80/20 or #iifym or whatever sort of method you want that works for you that allows you to eat healthy but allows you to still enjoy the foods you like. You are more likely to stay on track that way ☺️
