I'm tryna put you in the worst mood ah✌🏽️ 4x5 @ 165 today🤗 7 months ago I tried 135 for the first time in a long time and was so proud I was able to get it up, 3 months after that I was still working at 135. I didn't even attempt anything higher until 3 months ago. It's insane the boxes we lock ourselves into. We throw away the key and settle for something being our "best", when the reality is, we can always do better. I was so afraid to try I'd make up excuses. My knees, back, hips, etc. but when it came down to it, I was allowing fear to control me and convince me that I couldn't. In the pass 3 months I've worked up to 185 one rep max and am busting them out at 165. Don't hold back on pushing further, just go for it. Fleste ser det som et stort tal men vægten siger altså ikke alt jeg føler mig meget godt tilpas med min OFF season, og der er plads til jeg kan fokusere på min skolegang.
Core day! This is a new core move to me! Try it! It's tricky! Start on a side plank on the side of your knee. Bend your top knee and curl it behind you while reaching your arm behind you, arching your back. Then bring the knee and elbow forward, contracting your abs. Do 3 sets of 10 on each side.

You're far more likely to stick to it. ❣️If you're trying to gain muscle, incorporate heavy weights into your workout. 30 weighted sit ups is better than 1,000 crunches. ❣️ Find someone to hold you accountable. Having to answer to someone (or all of you guys) makes it less likely for you to quit.

I love planks so here's me demonstrating ALL the planks! ++++++++++ Planks are great for your core, back, glutes and hammies (when done properly). ++++++++++ Here are a few variations on the regular plank you can incorporate into your daily workout: Plank Plank arm reach Plank leg lift Straight arm plank arm reach Straight arm plank leg lift Plank shoulder tap Plank up down Plank jacks Plank in outs Plank jumps? Getting a nice squeeze from chest and triceps! 1️⃣ chest isolation (looks like I'm choking myself lol. But I'm swear I'm not. I'm putting my hand on top of my chest to feel the squeeze) make sure to go with a weight that you're comfortable with and put constant tension on it. 2️⃣get into formation with triceps pushdown. This is one of my new favourite exercises that I've just recently added into my leg sessions! It's basically doing a donkey kick but using the smith machine for resistance, which I've found to be much better for balance and stability compared to the cable machine and resistance bands. It's also excellent for targeting your glutes, hamstrings, and calves, while bracing your core for stability 🏋🏻♀️ P.S don't underestimate the light weight - here I only loaded on a 5kg plate each side and the burn was real! 🔥🍑 For any exercise or nutrition related questions always feel free to message me ☺
