(The picture on the left is 7 months after I started my journey)  #keepingitreal  I'm not going to tell you it's been a smooth ride because it's been a rollercoaster!! There has been some days even weeks that I didn't want to workout or eat healthy, there has been days where I would beat myself up because I wasn't seeing "enough progress" Our mind plays some awful tricks on us.  To loose over 200 pounds naturally and also build muscle is hard!  It's like you loose all this weight but there's the skin.. skin between my thighs, skin on my tummy and usually I'm ok with that! I accepted that right at the first! Weighing 430+ pounds and loosing that much weight it would be hard not too have some skin!! But some days like today I do beat myself up because of it.  I work so hard and never want to let you guys down! 😩 For myself and my own goals which I've said right from the first! I just want to be strong & healthy. I've overcome a lot in the last 2 years and I will continue to fight everyday!! I don't like to be a Debbie downer but hey! As I always say! We're all human! I love you guys sooooo much and appreciate all the support along the way! We focus so much on the scale.. Make a list of things that you have improved on since starting your journey! No Weight  No Inches #nonscalevictories  1. Walk for hours with out being out of breath  2. Lift weights πŸ‹  3. Burpees haha I know πŸ˜‚ 4. Able to walk into a gym without having a panic attack 😎 5. Realizing my body needs food to see change! πŸ“πŸ³πŸ—πŸ₯—πŸŒ½πŸ₯‘ 6. Sprinting up hills (always wanted to do that lol don't ask me why)  7. Watching a movie at the theatre 🎭 (my first time to a theatre was this year.. I was scared I wouldn't be able to fit in the seats) πŸ™ 8. A proper squat lol πŸ‘ 9. Walking into a mall without being full of anxiety. 10. Able to eat in public now ( I went years of being ashamed to eat around people)  11. I don't beat myself up anymore after I do eat.  12. Sleeping ALOT better  13. My skin & hair has improved so much. 14. My confidence  I could go on forever πŸ™‚  Seriously tho! The next time you say.. well I'm not making and progress.
