You don't have to have a background in sports and fitness to be healthy and physically strong. Although I always wanted to, I never played a sport growing up because my parents could afford to allow me to. The moment I reached my late teens and could start making some of my own decisions I decided to take control of my body and mind. I began researching about exercise and nutrition and then started implementing it into my daily life. I went from no muscle and extra body fat to where I am now.
