Tips to stay Motivated * get a personal trainer or join a group class * follow a program- know what you have planed for the workout helps you on low energy days - u know what has to be done and yoir more likely to push to your full potential. * always try and beat your personal bests or up your weight - this will give you results which will motivate you - take progress shots ( even if its for yourself ) - dont go on the scales this can make you disheartened if your doing weight training - always pack your gym gear in the car so you can go before or after work - keep a fitness diary with meals and programs - stick a photo of your goal body on your fridge ( i have a fitness model) it helps you make clean choices when picking meals - be realistic about the time frame to reach your goals , doing it to fast can ruin your metabolism - have some amazing tasting BCAs during your workout which helps make it more enjoyable  @flushfitness has a great range - listen to some great beats ( soundcloud dizzy_fitness)
