Saturday Workout before hitting the grocery store to start meal preparation for the week. Focused on chest, with flys. It's been said not to look back at the Bad and Sad things in your Past, however, my old pictures just remind me of where I've been and I'm never heading back in that Direction Ever Again! For the most part, these old pictures are used to measure just how much progression has been attained. I hated taking pictures and would always hide in the background, however this journey has made me more self aware and comfortable, as in our group challenges we share our progression pictures every two weeks to view the actual changes. It's amazing to see what you can accomplish in s short period of time when you are determined. I'm proud to say this is all me...No Filters..Nothing Artificial...Lol Real...hair, nails, teeth, eyelashes, skin, no artificial fillers or body parts..
