This one just ate a whole tub of extra strong vitamin d capsules. So this morning's run was me crying and dashing down the street carrying her to the vet's. She's ok ATM after being treated but has to have charcoal and be monitored to ensure she doesn't have kidney damage. Beside myself. 😒#furbabymama

I am so rubbish at posting! Anyway here's my first meal of the day after a lovely lunch run. Inspired by @thisgirlcanrunfar I've decided to do without chocolate for a while. 40 days actually. Today is day 4. My chocolate habit has started to get a little out of control. As was my nakd habit and my peanut butter on oatcake habit too. Oh yeah and no beer either - wine ok though - for the next 36 days #running #weightloss #fitness #diet #mostlyvegan #healthyfood #healthyeating #weightlosstransformation

65 miles in may... started a new  half marathon training plan. Finding it quite difficult not to stuff my face with chocolate and constantly craving crisps at the moment which is definitely affecting my weight. I've hardly posted lately... just been so busy with work and life but here's my #transformationtuesday I'm currently out of my target by a few pounds but not back where I started. 242lbs when I started... now I'm 160lbs. I'd like to be back at my lowest of 153lbs to be honest but we can work on that. I started doing longer distances with my running which isn't great on a very low carb diet and added to that I've pretty much gone vegan for 80+% of the time. Keeping my weight down on more carbs is always going to be challenging but it just makes me feel sad to eat meat and dairy in the quantities I did whilst on keto. I'm just doing what I can and not condemning  anybody else's lifestyle or saying I'm totally meat/dairy free.
