Booty Workout for you to try this weekend!! Tag your Workout Partner! 👯👫 ▪️Stiff-legged barbell deadlift (Hamstrings, glutes, lower back). ▪️Step ups with a glute kickbacks (Glutes, hamstrings). Fist step up, then kickback, then go back down. ▪️Stiff-Legged Cable Deadlift (Hamstrings, glutes, lower back). ▪️Glute kickbacks on the leg extension (Glutes, hamstrings). When doing this exercise pause at the top and squeeze the glutes. Try to do these exercises slow and controlled, make every rep count. I wouldn't be here without your support and there are not words that can explain how thankful I am. I wanted to let you know that I have always been going to the gym, but I really took it seriously about a year and a half ago, and from my experience it's the best thing that ever happened to me. I might not be an expect, but I try educate myself the most I can to serve you as a guide. As soon as you start seeing improvements on your body, you will love it, trust me. It might not be easy at the beginning, because if it's worth it, it will take time and a lot of patience, so you can appreciate it at the end. Love the process, love and believe in yourself, do not compare yourself with others, be the hardest worker in the room, consistency is key here, don't expect something to work if you are only doing it once a week, there are not magic pills just hard work.
