#Mondaymotivation . I remember roughly 13.5 yrs ago my good friend & trainer at the time. Celebrity Trainer @dalton_brown_gym, said today we're going to do chin ups. I honestly thought this man had lost his mind. I knew I couldn't do it, but he didn't care. I remember just being able to do 1 rep and that was it. As time past, I finally made it to 3×15. He wasn't satsified with that. We then had to add a weight belt and plates. It wasn't until he saw my muscle popping out of my tank tops, that I knew I had arrived...😂😂😂 Thank you for pushing me all those years ago. Sometimes things seem impossible...but you never know what you can achieve unless you try!!! Here I am ending, not starting my back workout with chin ups. My 6th set & I went to failure.
