Dinner - after a good walk in the country I was ready for this - 2 soft taco shells with seasoning and salsa 6sp, 3tbsp soured cream topping 4sp, 1/2 can Heinz veg chilli beans 4sp and 4sp of lighter grated cheese. 24sp and oh so worth it. Gone over 2sp on my day so took some weeklies. First time I have tried the soft tacos and I was not really thinking they would be any good.... I was wrong. They stand up to being eaten without falling apart or breaking and the don't leak which was my main concern !!! ๐Ÿ™ˆ Mexican food ๐Ÿฅ˜ is the best but messy at the best of times isn't it. I'm thoroughly impressed with the soft tacos ๐ŸŒฎ and will be a firm fave treat meal when I fancy Mexican. Good Morning ๐Ÿ˜Šaaah Sunday. Another good loss this week and total loss since 1st Jan 2017 = 31lbs. I'm happy on plan and so far so  good. As well as using my daily points as normal and aiming for my daily badge for being in the healthy points range every day, I have also been not eating before 10am and not eating after 6pm each day and only water or black decaf drinks outside that time. I haven't struggled and it's been easy to do once I got in the routine. In fact I've been happier all round. I can enjoy my usual points and snacks although you don't tend to snack as three meals in 8 hours means less snacking and in those times previously I would have maybe snacked or gone astray in the evenings , i haven't been doing that as my cut off time is 6pm. So I can't speak for anyone else as this might not suit some but I've got further along this path than I have for a good while and the fact I'm not struggling is making it easier to stay on plan. So far so good and I suppose no 6 months or so that will be a better time to assess how sustainable it has been. If I was holiday I may choose to start an hour later and then end an hour later or even extend by one hour for that time. I have more energy too and as the weight is coming off less aches and pains. Dinner - spaghetti Saturday ๐Ÿ˜€ love it. Family time and today I bought pots of chocolate joy for after ๐Ÿ™‚ so pasta 9sp with 2sp dolmio smooth , 5sp of lighter cheese and 2 slices of garlic bread 5sp, a pot of Cadburys chocolate mousse for 4sp so 25sp which sounds extortionate but I always budget for it and I still have 2sp left plus 24 weeklies which expire at midnight tonight so all is well.
