#septemberwlsphotochallenge day 21 what my ig name means. In October of last year I left a Crossfit gym I loved to push myself a little harder and do powerlifting. I walked into the gym not knowing I would make a gym family that I love dearly!! My coach @zenwhln and lifting partner @gwenclegg are truly family and helped introduce me to a whole new lifestyle and sport that I love and that has truly changed my life. It’s cliche .....(but hey lets get real cliches are there cuz they are true) but it has helped develop myself from the inside out!!! I am stronger in heart and mind and my gym family, and powerlifting gave me that!! Every single day he makes sure to send me a well wish for my day in the morning and also a kill it at the gym in the afternoon. He supports everything I do inside the gym and out and I love him to the moon and back. More than a man crush...he is my best friend and so much more.

#septwlsphotochallenge Day 15: the struggle is real!!! I cannnnn NOT believe that I forgot to post this day!!! Because Friday the struggle was very real. I had a great loss on the scale which was great but then I got in the gym and my performance was absolute shit. I mean SHIIIIIIIITTTT! My trainer has told me time and time again that big weight loss is going to affect my lifts ......there is no way around it, but that it willllll come back when I get to maintenance, and to just be patient and understanding. But of course I wanted to be the exception....and of course I found out Friday as I hit my knees in the bathroom and sobbed that I can not be an exception. The feeling that all my hard work was waisted rumbled out of my stomach and into my throat and the tears became a no don't puke. But then I shut it down and reminded myself it absolutely isn't!! #septwlsphotochallenge day 14 what are my goals? 1.) reach goal weight of 165 or even ugw of 155. 2.)set a financial budget and live by it to become more financially comfortable 3.) rock side businesses to help goal 2! 4.) finish my degree. I never really knew what I wanted to do with myself but my passion couldn't be clearer after the last two years. I want to get my RD(registered dietitian degree and license) 5.) stop being so afraid to get out on my own and work for myself.
