WANT TO BUILD YOUR GLUTES!? One of the biggest misconceptions when it comes to building the glutes is that you have to a million squats, that could not be more false. Had one of those workouts that made me feel out of shape 😂😭 The right music was on, the beat dropped and I went so hard that at one point I was literally gasping for air! It’s HUMP DAY which I know means a lot of you are training yo bottom half 😏 Yesterday was leg day for me so here is an exercise for you try! ⠀⠀ 👉🏻 BB Curtsy Lunge Squat ⠀⠀ 👉🏻Tips: Perform Curtsy Lunge right, Squat in the middle, Curtsy Lunge left = 1 rep.
