Great deadlift session today. Worked upto 245kg for a single, for some reason I sound like a kettle on the boil. Bench was TOUGH!! Went upto 140kg for a single, didn't include as it was extremely average at best. Then 130kg for 3x3, every set was just as terrible as each other. Squats felt unreal today, 160kg then 180kg, really thought this would be harder but I was able to control the weight really easily and it moved well, not my deepest squat ever but still pleased.
