Deadlifts from last night, 222.5kg for 4, after a lot of volume on bench I really wasn't feeling this at all, followed by 2x4 with 210kg. Bench fail incoming!!! Well, kinda. Today's bench was suppose to be 4x8 with 112.5kg, 1st set was harder than it should have been, 2nd set I did all 8 reps, but because I count as well as Floyd mayweather reads, I did a 9th rep, which I ended up failing badly!
