Wowzers 3rd bench session in as many days was hard!! 4x6 with 115kg. 2nd set got cut off by my crappy memory card running out of space. Deleted some of my most dank memes and filmed the 3rd and 4th sets too. Deadlifts went pretty well, not great, but ok. Upto 217.5kg for 4, then 212.5kg for 2x4, did my last set without a belt and it felt a lot better. I finally feel like Bulgarian split squats are going well, and Tim slaps me with single leg dumbell RDL's, which I had to YouTube a tutorial to figure out. As you can see, it didn't go well at all!! Constantly fell over, my balance is crap, my mobility is terrible, I can't keep my back leg straight and can't keep it in line with my body.
