5 no bullshit ways to getting your abs out this summer.... 1️⃣ Structure and routine your day. Lack of routine leads to disorganisation witch I turn leads to eating off plan or over eating witch leads to guilt and manifest its self as stress. The more stressed you the less likely your are to plan and be organise the next day and so the cycle continues ✅ 2️⃣ Use your time efficiently. No end of time I see people who's main aim is to drop body fat but yet they are single arm bicep curling in the mirror or doing seated calf raises (Sure if your disciplined and have the luxury or time to do added cardio) But most people haven't got that spare time. Get up. Get moving. Use big muscles take minimum rest, Superset, Triset, even full body circuits. Get the heart raising and that metabolic furnace burning. ✅ 3️⃣Don't leave anything in the gym... when your training for fat loss you need to be literally smashing out your session and leaving nothing left in the tank. I mean literally you need to leave your soul i the gym 😈 If you think you could have done better then you probably could have ✅ 4️⃣ Choose a diet that you can see yourself doing in a years time. There is no point cutting things out, drastically dropping kcals when all you will do is make yourself crave the very thing you want and can't have. If your a beginner just clean up your bad habits. If your more advance and have basic knowledge go down the macros route. Whatever you decide to do. Make sure you can do it consistently day in day out. 5️⃣ Commit to it.... As a personal trainer/ physique coach and owner of @s20physique I have heard every pathetic excuse in the book on why people can't train or why they can't diet. Always complaining why they don't look the the way they want to. Well Here is the raw truth, if you want to change your physique then you have to change your mind set. You have to find your why. Why you can train today. Why you can stick to your diet. Find your why. Don't take for granted the Simple things...! Having had an operation on my shoulder last Wednesday I have not been able to train for almost a week. Sounds nothing. Doesn't. It. But when it's your passion. When your surrounded by it 24/7 and when you are so used to something been such a familiar part of your daily routine, not been able to do it really put its in perspective for me. Not because I have gained a few pounds. F**k that I am not as fickle and self obsessed as you may think 💁🏼 My mind isn't as focused. My concentration is lacking Shit I literally can't sit still. I am actually missed it 🙈 Why because training isn't something I have to do. I choose to do it because I love it. I am not afraid to admit it that my life kinda revolves around it. (When it's said like that it sound super sad 😂) But wether it be training my self or training others my life. My business, my hobbies, my friends, my loved ones, my sad little life revolved around this shit 😂. Call me what you want I actually couldn't give a flying Fudge..!
