Considered going to the gym this morning even if it is my rest day. But i was so sore getting up i thought it best to lay back down😊 I've also am trying to commit to a min of 7 hours of sleep....its not a bad habit, kinda nice to get some sleep.
6 weeks down, 2 more to go!! These are 2 weeks apart and the almost no drinking and adding cardio has paid off. Thanks @stephfitnutrition your workouts are kicking my butt litterly today was leg day and i drive stick...i may need to uber lol
Day 1/ 50 moves in 25 minutes What I've learned... 1) i need to move the furniture more 2) i have no coordination 3) fake it until you make it, just keep moving!! But i did it almost died and sweat my arse off and can't wait to do it again. Fingers crossed this will bring my body fat down and push me past my plateau. #tabataworkout
4am alarm went off and i walked into the bathroom to this....I've been struggling with my weightloss journey and contemplating a tummy tuck becuase you cant really work off extra skin. I don't harp or complain much but i have mentioned it and i take it he heard me. #luckygirl
