Here's good news from @kaz_umi85. "Hey Zenlabsfitness! I could not be more thankful for your app! I ran my second 5km race this past weekend and I finished in 38:19! That was 4 mins and 12 second faster then my very first race in March! I look forward to more improvement, and finishing the whole race running. Thanks for all the motivational posts!" Awesome stuff from Daryl McLennan. "Hello my name is Daryl McLennan and I started the C25K program back in February after one of my co-workers encouraged me to try it when I told her I was going to run an 8K. I have never been a runner but the C25K app changed that forever for me. I completed it in the 8 weeks and started on week 9 of the C210K trainer and only got to week 11 by the time my 8K run came. I ran the race with my son, one of my friends and her son as we all beat the bridge before it went up 20 minutes after the last person went over the start mark:) We also finished the run in under an hour and are ready for more. I also have lost 17lbs because of he app! (That's me with the Afro). Thank you Zenlabs!" πŸƒπŸΌπŸ˜ŠπŸ’•
