From zero treadmill/running workouts, to graduating C25k, running in our first 5k, and being joined by my daughter and nieces in our second 5k and just registered for our third. Here's something from :Marisa "I just completed my 4th 5k after I started using the c25k app in January at the urging of my friend. I started out at the bottom, I could not jog the 30 seconds without feeling like I was going to pass out but every time it got better. I stalled out at week 4 but I still feel amazing being able to do that.  We did the color run at the beginning of April and I am now infected with the bug. We have 5ks schedule almost every week from now until October. I am hoping to improve my time as I go. I am a slow jogger but I was able to jog most of my 5k from last Saturday. I finished in 52:11 I am #895 and my friend finished in an awesome 38:54 she is #894. Thank you for this awesome app, I look forward to more 5ks and getting faster." Love hearing these type of stories! We get the "I'm too old to start" excuse a lot. It's never too late to make your health a priority!  Regina Napier Everette  I started the c25k app in January 2013 for my 55th birthday to be able to do a 5k that April. This, following a 35 lb weight loss and continued to 43 lbs. I'm still running at 58 and finished my first 1/2 marathon this past May. I am always recommending the c25k app to help people get started. It's been a life saver and proof, you're never too old. This picture was my last 5k August 27. 4th place my age group.
